...more to come!

Dangerous.

So, it's dangerously cold here. In the single digits with wind chills to like -10. It's wearing on my nerves. I knew what I was in for coming here, but MAN this winter is LONG and ROUGH. I can't WAIT for spring to hit. I need spring. I need sunshine and short sleeves. Exactly 3 weeks from tomorrow, I will be boarding a plane with The Man and heading down to Louisiana for a crazy-fun-filled week in Baton Rouge & New Orleans for a whole week. I CAN'T WAIT. Mardi Gras, southern food, cajun music, daiquiris, beads, beers, boobs... Everything necessary for a dangerously fun week. ;)

Also. I want to give a little shout out to all my frequent readers in:
New York, NY Norfolk, VA Chicago, IL Peoria, IL St. Louis, MO Newark, NJ & Washington, IL

Confession: I've had a tracker on this thing since the day I started it. ;)

Blizzard.

A big pot of vegetarian chili simmering all day made a perfect snowed-in dinner while the thundersnow hit outside.

Blizzard breakfast. Whole wheat pancakes with berries.

Knee deep on the beach.

The Southern boy loves it.

Out of Order.

Just found some Thanksgiving photos on my camera. Here is what my little Chicago holiday looked like :)
